In-platform payments

  • Payments must be completed only through official Solveet flows
  • Amount, currency, and fees are shown before confirmation
  • Transactions may receive additional security checks

Refunds

  • You can request a refund when a session does not start under policy conditions
  • Abuse or fraud cases are investigated with priority
  • In specific scenarios, refunds may be triggered automatically

Creator payouts

Payouts depend on creator verification and payout profile status.

For payout holds or extra verification, support may request additional information.
